Austin ADU Builders was created by me, Colby Harmon, as an outgrowth of designing and building ADUs for my property holding company, Queso Properties. I believe strongly in allowing more density on residential properties and believe the ADU plans, when designed well, can be the blueprint for a very livable home. There are a lot of properties in Austin that are candidates for this product. I can’t own them all (although I believe strongly in the product and would!) but I can provide my knowledge and expertise to other owners. I feel that, as an owner or investor, being able to commission a house in the way you might order a Tesla is very appealing and reduces pricing risk tremendously.
